Are there any restrictions when creating a new MPIN during an MPIN reset?

Yes. For security reasons, you cannot reuse any of your last 5 MPINs when resetting your MPIN. You must set a new MPIN that has not been used previously. MPINs such as 123456 or 000000 are not allowed.
