How can I delete my jUMPP account?

To delete your jUMPP account, please complete the steps below, wherever applicable:

• Step 1: Deregister your jUMPP UPI ID.
• Step 2: Disable or delink UPI Lite. Any remaining UPI Lite balance will be automatically transferred to your linked bank account.
• Step 3: Revoke your Finvu (Account Aggregator) consent through the Finvu web portal.
• Step 4: If you have purchased Digital Gold, sell your holdings before proceeding with your account deletion request.
• Step 5: If you have opened a YES Bank Savings Account through jUMPP, contact your nearest YES Bank branch for account-related queries, as the account is maintained by YES Bank.
• Step 6: For Demat account-related queries, use the Shoonya app.

Once you have completed the above steps, you may uninstall the jUMPP app from your device. No further action is required from your end.
