Why am I getting an MPIN error?

You may be entering an incorrect MPIN. Check your MPIN and try again. If you have forgotten your MPIN, you can reset it through the app. You cannot reuse any of your last 5 MPINs, and MPINs such as 123456 or 000000 are not allowed.
